Who are we

When we say ‘we’ or ‘us’ in this policy, we are generally referring to Custom Coffee which is a trading name of 918 Coffee Co Ltd:

It also includes any other businesses we add to this group in the future.

Drop Shipping Services

Our drop shipping services require the collection of client data as well as downstream customer details from our clients to fulfil the requirements of our drop shipping services. Client’s customer order data is collected by API from client websites and used ONLY for the purpose of order creation and fulfilment. We DO NOT actively approach the client’s customers for any purpose relating to product, service, or marketing. All communications are done strictly through the client directly, this includes any notifications of issues, delays, or errors in downstream customer orders. It is then the client's responsibility to notify their customers in turn. We DO NOT take any part in direct notification to the downstream customer for any purpose.

Client details are made visible on the outward sent packages and we DO NOT attach, include, nor in any way advertise our own services or products.

All 3rd party drop shipping client data is captured on our digital software “ship station” which is a cloud-based solution, and this company also has its own secure data protection measures in place, which can be viewed at http://www.shipstation.com/privacy-policy-united-kingdom

How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added, and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual.
